 Good company, probbelms with the product January 19, 2008
The company shipped the ring very quickly and it's very pretty. They couldn't have been easier to deal with.
I have had two major problems with the ring, both within the first two weeks I had it. First, one of the sapphires was noticeably chipped when it arrived. I sent it back, and they fixed it. We were without the ring for about 10 days. Two days after I got it back, one of the sapphires fell out of the mounting. Fortunately, we found the stone and had it reattached at a local jeweler.
So, while Samuels Jewelers was easy to deal with and very fast, the ring was, at best, not very carefully inspected and the mounting was not very secure. I hope that we won't have any more problems with the ring.

I bought this wrap to go with the one carat solitaire I have, and I could not be more pleased with it. It is delicate, yet stunning.

The picture does not do this ring justice. Looks a lot more expensive. Really sets off my 3/4 Karat solitaire. Would buy from this vendor again.

I was reluctant to purchase jewelry without seeing it in person...but this ring did not disappoint! It is even prettier than pictured, it has a LOT of sparkle! The band is very solid and beautifully done. The sapphires are the same pretty shade of blue pictured and the diamonds are really bright. It looks great with my 1/3 solitaire, but would work well with larger diamonds (probably wouldn't want it to go with something smaller than 1/3 though). The gemstones and the diamonds just work so well to bring out the beauty in each other. Even my husband was impressed!
